Booking Terms

Prices and availability
All package prices are per person, based on the sharing basis shown on the package page, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices shown on the website are lead-in prices for the stated departure dates and can change until your booking is confirmed.
Enquiries and booking
Submitting an enquiry through the website does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any required deposit has been received.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due before departure — we will confirm the exact deposit amount and balance due date with your quote. Bookings made close to departure may require full payment at the time of booking.
Passports and visas
You are responsible for ensuring every traveller has a valid passport (with at least 6 months' validity from the date of travel for most destinations) and any required visas. For Umrah packages we process the Umrah visa as part of the package; visa rules and Saudi ministry regulations may change without notice.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Charges depend on the suppliers' terms for your specific package, and we will always tell you the exact cost of a change or cancellation before you commit to it.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly recommend that every traveller has suitable travel insurance from the moment of booking.
Our responsibility
We arrange your package with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels and transfer providers), and their conditions apply to the services they provide. Details of the suppliers relevant to your booking are available on request.
