What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry or request a quote through our website, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, party size, preferred travel dates and any message you write. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and arrange your booking.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we handle that conversation under WhatsApp's own terms and this policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details to anyone, we don't add you to marketing lists without asking you first, and we don't collect anything on this website beyond what you type into our forms.

Where your data lives

Enquiries are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and are accessible only to our team. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your booking and our legal obligations, then delete them.

Third parties we rely on

To operate your booking we may share relevant details with the travel suppliers who provide your trip — airlines, hotels and transfer providers — and, where required, with visa authorities. We only share what is needed to deliver what you asked for.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@tripontravel.co.uk and we'll act on it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
